Sleep by Archive,

Sleep is forth track of album named Noise from Archive which is released in 2004;
the song Sleep is an explanation of a routine day of a paranoid guy as the way it starts. the singer calls his soul the only colorful object of the black and white world. he’s afraid of what might happen in his daily life, but he claims there’s still hope. cause he never felt weak.

The enemy is after me again
Afraid of the sea and what’s down there
I need to sleep
It’s been a whole week
‘Cause tears keep falling into my pool
Bright lights driving right into me cold
I need to sleep
It’s been a whole week
‘Cause tears keep falling into my pool
Bright lights driving right into me cold
My bones keep breaking
Tearing me away from the quiet
The silence of my soul, of my soul from the quiet
Night time, grueling, just time to waste
Heights they kill me, leave scarring on my face
‘Cause I never, ever, ever fall into sleep
And I’ve never, ever, ever felt so weak
‘Cause tears keep falling into my pool
Bright lights driving right into me cold
My bones keep breaking
Tearing me away from the quiet
The silence of my soul, of my soul from the quiet
I wanna fall down.

There’s a connection between the name of the album Noise and all the tracks, the words Silence and Quiet are overused in the song Sleep; like when there’s no voice, there’s noise. also deep down in the sea; there’s noise.
